AlbSoftHow to request deletion
If you use UtilityCore Operations or the Android app, open the Operations account-deletion page, sign in, confirm with your current password, and follow the request status there. Commercial account owners can also request deletion from the Commercial account portal. A request may remain blocked until an active subscription, tenant administration, or open financial work is transferred or closed.
If you cannot sign in, email support@albsoft.me with the subject UtilityCore account deletion request. If possible, write from the email address used for your UtilityCore account. You can make this request even after uninstalling the Android app. We will verify that you control the account before taking action.
Do not include your password, authenticator codes, recovery codes, customer records, or payment details in the email.
What happens to your data
After verification, we review the account’s Identity sign-in, Commercial account and subscription relationship, and Operations tenant memberships. We will remove or de-identify personal account data where permitted, revoke active sessions, and explain any data that must be retained for a participating utility’s billing, audit, legal, or contractual obligations.
Utility customer, meter, reading, invoice, and payment records belong to the participating organization’s operational workflow. To request correction or deletion of those records, contact that utility organization. AlbSoft can help route a request but cannot erase another organization’s financial history solely because an individual sign-in is deleted.
If your account owns an active subscription or administers a tenant, we will explain any transfer or cancellation step needed before account deletion can be completed. A deletion request does not silently cancel a utility company’s service or remove its records.
